Located 10 m. walk from the 9th-Smith stop (F and G trains), and few blocks from the Red Hook waterfront, this spacious brand new apartment has new appliances ( washing machine! dishwasher!! ), hardwood floor, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen.

You will be sharing the apartment with two freelancers/creatives. We're out most of the day and when at home we keep it a peaceful place.
