Room in spacious apartment with balcony and W/D

One bedroom available in a sunny, spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Midwood/Sheepshead Bay area. The apartment has a large living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer in unit, and a large balcony. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Rent includes all utilities except for internet (about $30/month).

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is right across the street from a park and just down the street from a Target. Marshalls, T. J. Maxx, and several gyms are also nearby. The Kings Highway (B/Q) is just a short walk away.

We're both easygoing roommates looking for someone considerate and respectful. I have a sweet well-behaved cat, so potential roommates will need to be fine with cats.

We are ideally looking for someone to move in sometime around October 1 and stay at least through the end of the lease in May 2022.
