My name is Yulissa and I'm looking for a female roommate between ages of mid 20's to mid 30's who is respectful, social, kind, clean, quiet and responsible about paying the rent and any split bills on time. Employment and references verification are required. Credit check may be required. The apartment is located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY 11220. Easy to commute (R train to either 45th Street or 53th Street Station). Also B63 and B11 right at the corner 5th avenue and 50th Street. Very convenient location, there are a lot of stores, restaurants, supermarkets and laundromats. It's a 3 bedrooms condo apartment located at the ground floor. We will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen (no living room so hope you don't mind) The room is unfurnished, spacious and comes with a big built in closet. Required 1 month security deposit plus 1st and last month of rents. Minimum stay 1 year. No pets allowed. No smoking. No alcohol (occasiolly). No drugs. Drama free. Noise free.
