Need! Roommate at Sunset Park

Hello, I am currently living in an apartment at Sunset Park and is searching for a roommate who can have the lease with me. My current roommate will be moving in with her boyfriend and I will be left with the apartment. I have a stable job, I am very reliable and outgoing.

The room is double size, it has it's own closet and 2 windows with a natural sunlight through the room and also it's own heater.

Bills are not included, it is split within the roommate. Heater and water are included in the rent.

Area:
N express train is located on 59th street, about 8mins. walk from the apartment
R local train is on 53rd street which is 2 blocks away from the apartment, less than 5mins walk.
I am surrounded by many churches, near Chinatown and Bay Ridge.
The Area is within walking distance from any urgent cares.
Costco is also at 36th street, less than 15mins away from the apartment
