Large room for rent in Sunset Park

Large bedroom very close to NYU-Langone Lutheran Hospital, shared full bathroom and kitchen with one roommate (me) only. All utilities and high-speed wifi included. No living room. The room is very private. Third floor walk-up. The room can come furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished.

I’m hoping to adopt a small dog. Of course, the dog will be off-limits to your room, unless you allow them. Dog lovers encouraged! ????

Two laundromats right down the block; N/R trains (59th Street and 53rd Street stations) about 8 minute walk away, and the South Brooklyn Ferry is only three blocks away! Close to the following buses: B9, B11, B37 and B63. Close to Industry City & Fifth Avenue, which has loads of nice places to eat, supermarkets, etc. Close to Shore Promenade which is lovely for a run, bike ride or long walk and the following parks: Owl’s Head, Sunset and Bush Terminal.

Room is available now and on until August 31, 2021; shorter term rentals will be considered (no less than a 3-month commitment), long term preferred.
