Hello y'all I am a 30 yr old professional looking to rent out a room in my 4 bedroom apartment, the room is fully furnished and it's available now. Month to month is okay. I am looking for someone responsible and clean. We keep the space very clean and organized so I'm looking for like minded people in that sense. There is a common living room space with a smart TV for everyone to use. The kitchen is fully equipped as well so you can make full use of it. The bedroom has a bright light window facing towards the backyard which makes it super quiet. The other roommates are barely home and pretty much like keeping to themselves.
The apartment is located in Sunset Park, literally steps away from 59th street express subway station which makes it convenient for commuting. There is a 24hrs deli right in the corner as well as a 24hr Rite Aid a block away. There are plenty of Latin restaurants around and Chinatown is 10 min away walking.
