Room in Sunset Park - $791/month + utilities

Room available in beautiful Sunset Park starting in July. Rent is $791 plus utilities (usually comes to $840/50 total each month). You would be sharing with two awesome ladies in their early 30s. We would prefer a female roommate, but open to anyone interested. The apartment is in a quaint building on 45th Street between 5th/6th Ave. A block away from the 45th St R train and within walking distance of amazing restaurants, shops, Industry City and Green-Wood Cemetery.
