Cozy Room in Sunset Park

My roommate and I are looking for someone for the following year. The room is small, but fits a queen and has plenty of sun and a good-size closet, view of the park as well. Big kitchen, clean and sunny bathroom, nice neighborhood with laundromats and grocery stores within a couple of minutes. No pets, no smoking in the building. We are clean and respectful :D
