3 bedroom 1 bath sublet available Sunset Park, BK

Hey all,
I?m looking to sublet my fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in charming Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Starting January 1st thru August/September 2021 while I'm away.
Front bedroom has a full sized bed with dresser and side table. Back bedroom has queen sized bed with side table. 3 bedroom is has full sized bed frame but no bed with dresser.
Apartment is located in Sunset Park Brooklyn off the 59th St N/R stop. It's in a 3bed/1bath apt. It's the first floor of a 2 story building. Looking for non smoking, clean, respectful people with no pets or small pets. There's a little outdoor space in the front on the stoop to sit, have coffee, and small plants.
AC units throughout the apartment.

One block from 59th st N/R express subway stop in BK
