The place has two giant halls and a huge kitchen. Landlord is downstairs with family and is very considerate. There are various piers within a 10 to 20 min walk from the apt, Owl's Head Park, Busch Terminal Park, and Brooklyn Army Terminal. Transportation is available at 59th St (N/R) and is a 8-10 min walk from the apt and various citibike stations around the neighborhood!
