Hello! I'm looking for a very cool lady to move in with me and another very cool lady by February 1st, and to commit for at least a year. Rent is $858+utlities. The room is not furnished. There is a laundry room in the building! We're on 45th st between 5th/6th ave in Sunset Park, a block away from the gorgeous park and off the R train 45th st stop. Great cafes and bars nearby, walking distance from Green-Wood cemetery and Industry City, and the B63 bus is very convenient! I'm a musician, so there will be singing and instruments, but we are very mindful roommates! Hope to hear from you!
