Looking for a subletter to take over my room! Queen-sized bedroom available to rent for $1000/month in a 2BR/1BA in Crown Heights, available February 1st. Lease assignment is through July 31st with the potential to renew in August. The building manager is aware that I"m looking for someone to replace me, and is fully on board.

The room is bright and features a huge south-facing window with fire escape access. You'd have your own large closet (It?s honestly the biggest closet I?ve had in NYC) with plenty of room on the bottom for a hamper.

This is a third-floor apartment in an old-school Brooklyn walkup. You?ll be sharing the apartment with a neat, professional 25-year-old woman, who works in media and TV. This is a quiet neighborhood with lots to enjoy; with easy access to the C (less than a 10 minute walk), be in Manhattan in under half an hour. Sorry, no dogs/cats!

Must have good credit and make 40x the rent (or have a guarantor). The pictures show the apartment empty, but the common spaces are furnished (the bedroom will not be furnished). Email me with some information about yourself and we can set up a time for you to see the place!
