Looking for someone to take over a room available June 1 in a large 3 bedroom South Side apartment. One of us is fully vaccinated and the other will be soon.

Rent is $1050. with the same for deposit. Heat and hot water are free; utilities are shared and consist of electric, gas and wifi (no cable and no television).

The building is a pre-war walk-up and the apartment is on the 6th floor (NO ELEVATOR!). The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and dresser. the window provides a view of Manhattan. There is a closet with a storage cupboard above it.

- Easy walk to the Bedford Ave area of Williamsburg but without the crowds and not far from Bushwick

I'm Ann--a friendly introvert who works from home and enjoy reading, cooking and watching Netflix. I lean left, have an off-beat sense of humor, and I'm a grown-up with grown children.. Dylan is a musician and also left-leaning. We like to keep the common areas tidy and hate dirty dishes left over night. Looking for people who will treat the apartment as a refuge and not a party-zone.
