1150 Williamsburg Sublet - Huge space with a backy

I've lived here for about 6 months but have to move for work. Looking for someone to take my place who is clean, respectful and chill.

The apartment itself is huge with tons of amenities:

-Outdoor space
-Hardwood floors
-Dishwasher
-Communal TV/sound system

It's only a 3 block walk to the Graham stop off the L and a 10 minute walk into Williamsburg proper. There's a laundromat across the street and tons of bars and restaurants around the corner.

This spacious room easily fits a queen size bed with a large dresser. There's also a built in closet and lots of extra floor space.

You would be living with 3 gentlemen in their late 20's/early 30's (I'm a 27 year old female who was skeptical to live with all guys, but everyone is incredibly respectful and clean and I can say its been a great experience all around). All 3 guys have 9-5 jobs, 2 work in branding as graphic designers and the third is a lawyer. They're looking for someone in their mid to late twenties/early 30's - a non smoker with no pets who is drama free - guy or girl welcome!

As mentioned above, rent is $1, 150 per month with utilities running at about $60 per person per month. To move in we would need first months rent plus security deposit - $2, 300 in total, which is a steal for this space in this neighborhood with these great guys!
