The (awesome) room has two large windows that let in plenty of sun on the top floor a duplex apartment in Williamsburg. It has a private entrance and full bath, air conditioning, plenty of storage space (2 built-in closets come with the room), and you get your own fridge and kitchen cupboards.

The images attached to this post show it furnished but it doesn't come furnished. You can paint it any color you want though and it's a really versatile space.

The building has a shared garden and is directly across the street from a laundromat.

I'm a 38 year old gay guy who is a copywriter. Basically, I am looking for a total non-smoker and non-partier in their late 20s to late 30s who is a professional, with a job, and who functions well in a living space that's sort of shared.

I don't mind if you're straight or gay and I am totally open to being friends too. Plus, sadly, I can't do pets cause I'm allergic. It sucks but that's the way it is. I mean, like fish are fine and you know, a reptile or something. Just nothing with fur or feathers.

I'm looking for someone to move in anytime after or on Oct 15 but the move in date is flexible.
