Seeking a roomie for a bedroom in a large newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment in true Williamsburg. We are obsessed with this apartment it's gorgeous and spacious, the pictures don't do it justice. All utilities included.

Available sometime in November. Whichever day that's best for both of us. Responsible, quiet females only. No one will be added to the lease, minimum of 2 months stay. Month to month roommate agreement. Ideally for longer term.

Neighborhood is the first stop in Brooklyn off JMZ (Marcy Ave) & L (Bedford Ave) trains, short walk to both. These trains get you to manhattan in less than 7 minutes.

$7 cab ride into the Lower East Side just 2 blocks north of world famous Peter Luger's and a block from the Williamsburg bridge walk/bike entrance. 1.8 mile walk into LES. I used to walk to work in SoHo.

Heart of Williamsburg, surrounded by awesome bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and views of the city. Very close to McCarren Park and to the waterfront/ferry, and various grocery stores and bodegas nearby. Foodtown, Whole Foods, Equinox, 24 hour Duane Reade. Starbucks, Apple, etc. Very safe and fun neighborhood.
