Wburg Bright room in great apartment and location

My roommate of over 6 years is moving out and I'm looking for someone to rent her room starting in June 1st. It's spacious and bright. There is a small walk-in closet outside of the room but enough space in the bedroom to put additional furniture besides your bed. It has a large window which faces the back of the building and away from the street. You can see the layout of the apartment on the floorplan. There are great restaurants and bars around. The L Lorimer (G Metropolitan) stop is about a 5 minute walk. The JMZ Marcy stop is about a 7 minute walk. We will be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom. This is on the 4th floor of a walk up. Internet and gas is part of the rent. We split the electricity.

About me- I'm a 37 yo architect. During the weekdays, I'm usually out of the house at around 10 and home late (around 10 or 11). I'm laid back and friendly. I can be social but also respectful of one's space and privacy. I don't really cook but have all of the equipment and utensils available for it. I'm gay. I have a cat- he's very shy but quite friendly once he gets to know you.

About you- I would prefer a male roommate but open to both. Someone with a stable job, friendly and who can keep the common areas relatively clean. I don't mind you having friends over or guests.
