Courtyard Bedroom with attached office Space

HI,

My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend Aug. 1st and I'm looking for someone to take over her room, which also comes with an office space.

The apt. itself is great, it's the courtyard apt. on North 9th Street. The room has a big closet and fits a full size bed and dresser. The office space is attached to the room and is about the same size.

My room is on the other side of the apt. I have my own entrance too, so it gives everyone a lot of privacy. We do share a bathroom that is in the the middle of the apt. that's off the living room.

I'm easy going and the apt. is usually pretty quite. I'm in my late twenties, work in music and mostly work in the evenings. I'd like to find someone who is clean, respectful but also just nice to be around.
