We have a spacious, sun-drenched bedroom available July 1 (early move-in available) for short or long-term stays. For $1,250 per month (+ internet/utilities) you'll live in North Williamsburg, just steps away from McCarren Park and the farmer's market, and a ten minute walk from the Bedford/Lorimer L and G trains.

The unfurnished room comes with an A/C unit to keep you cool, and plenty of floor and closet space to fit whatever else you need (the dimensions are 13x11x10). You'll have square footage to spare for morning yoga against the backdrop of two east facing windows that overlook a quiet backyard.

About us: We're two brothers in our mid-20s-30s sharing this 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with an absolutely rad third roommate who's moving out to live with his girlfriend. We work in technology, like to host dinner parties, and stay active (one of us climbs, and the other plays squash). Some days we just sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and relish in doing absolutely nothing.

About you: You can stay for at least a few months, preferably longer. You like to have company but you don't bring the party home. You're super clean and chip in to keep the apartment that way. You have stable employment that'll satisfy the front office. Sorry, no couples or pets, but plants are most welcome.
