My name is Karina I have a very nice completely private room in williamsburg 2 blocks from the Willy B. this is a complete private space which means you don't have to share it with me and has a separate entrance, it also has a private bathroom which I don't use. a small fridge, Microwave, TV WIFI (no cable) a full sized bed AC a nice table and 2 chairs, small sink and wardrobe. heat hot water 3 windows exposed brick fireplace. we are the first stop in brooklyn off the JMZ Marcy ave line. and the Williamsburg bridge bus depot and very convenient supermarkets and Domino park.
we have lots of restaurants at a walking distance. your budget would cover all rent and utilities I think this is a great deal for a person who likes her privacy and quiet to work study meditate watch Netflix and enjoy a cozy private space.

PLEASE NOTE this is an ASOLUTLY no smoking very quiet building and we prefer a candidate that does not smoke at all. and can appreciate a quiet space.
