It has a large sized kitchen with stone counter tops and all appliances. The living room is fully furnished with nice furniture with a flat screen. Your room will come unfurnished. Also, since there are 2 bathrooms, you have your own bathroom (no waiting to take a shower!)

About the room:
The room can comfortably fit up to a queen sized bed along with desk and dresser if you wish. It has a 2 big windows with a great view of the building’s mediation garden. Comes with a nice sized closet. Your room has built in heating and a/c, so you can stay comfortable.

We would split electric/internet equally between the two of us. Heat/gas is paid for by the building so there are no big heating bills in the winter!

About me:
I'm a professional and very respectful female. I like to keep things peaceful at home. The building has great outdoor and indoor common spaces where you can host a party if wish too for free! Also, I have a small 6 year old dog named Pepper (25 pounds) he's very friendly and well mannered.

About you:
Please be respectful and reasonably clean. Kindly, keep all common areas and your bathroom clean. Also, paying your rent on time is very important.
