Great furnished room available in Williamsburg

Hello,

We have a great room in a 3BR / 2 BA available for rent. $1600/month (utilities/internet included).

It's close to the Grand st. stop on the L, across the street from a great grocery store, around the corner from a gym, bars, lots of restaurants, etc.

There is a furnished room (blue walls) with a Brooklyn view that has a dresser, desk, chair and queen size memory foam bed with frame. Or there is also an empty room available (white walls) if you have your own stuff with a Manhattan view an large closet. You can choose which ever you want.

There are two roommates - a med student and an architect, both guys. Bathroom shared with one roommate.

The common area and bathroom are cleaned once a week by a maid service.

Utilities and high speed internet included in the rent.

Living room has a balcony with a nice view and there's access to the large decked roof where there is an amazing view and tables/chairs.

Laundry facilities in the building as well as a fitness room and an underground garage if you need to store a bike.

This is a great find.
