Hello Apartment Seekers!
We have a bedroom available in our 6 bed/2 bath apartment in downtown Williamsburg. It?s beautifully sunlit facing 5th street, a prime location with an absolutely prime price. The room comes furnished with a queen bed/box spring, blinds, as well as hang lights with a few other furnishings for sale. Rent is $1250 a month with all utilities (yes, wifi too!) already included. Security deposit is also equal to one month?s rent.
There are three females and two males all with various jobs, all very easy going, and all extremely respectful of common spaces and keeping the apartment a quiet place to come home to. The apartment also has a large backyard space equipped with furniture and barbecue as well as rooftop access. The M train is just around the block and the L is about a 10 minute walk as well. The neighborhood is full of cool bars, restaurants, and plenty of grocery stores/bodegas.
