1 BR in 2BR WBurg apt: roommate needed for 12/1

My roommate is moving out and I need a replacement for a 12/01 move in. It?s a 2BR/1 bathroom, 2nd Floor walkup apt in S. WBurg. Building entrance is directly to the left of a restaurant called Have & Mayer. The current lease runs through July ?20, with the strong possibility of renewal for August and beyond if things work out. Your bedroom gets a lot of light and is about 9x12, not including your closet and an alcove above the closet for storage. Very attentive landlord and helpful super that lives in building. I?m 36, male, and have lived in the apt for a while now. I like to keep the bathroom and main room of the apt fairly clean, but I don?t care about your room as long as the main area is in good shape. I?m looking for someone who is mature and responsible and able to pay rent by the first of every month. Happy to answer any other questions you might have...
