Small room 8' x 9.5' in cozy 3 bdrm apt in prime Williamsburg area off the Lorimer L stop / Metropolitan G stop also 10 min walk to JMZ. Cross streets are Keap & Grand.. Room has 1 smaller thin window out to back courtyard 4.5' tall x 1 foot wide. Some additional storage / closet outside of room. Room fits a full size bed and smaller furniture pieces.

Looking for female - friendly, responsible, very respectful and shares equally in all cleaning. please.. Small living room area to hang in.
We are both friendly, creative, and one works in a bar and other works freelance different gigs.

Space best for someone who does not have a large amount of ?stuff? who is busy and doesn't need a large space to be in.
Our kitchen is also small and the refrigerator is smaller than normal so we all have to be mindful of groceries.
Total is $825 which = RENT + UTILITIES. together
All expected to buy apt cleaning supplies, tp, ptowels etc per month.

$500 deposit and 1st months rent up front
