Super Clean Room

I?m helping my landlord in finding a tenant for the room I'm moving out of, which will be available December 1st (at the earliest) or January 1st (at the latest).

It's located in Williamsburg Apartment off Union, about 3 minute walk to the G/L train and a 10 minute walk from M train.

Commute is amazing , great room for someone who wants to save money for rent , and still live in a hip area.

Rent: $850 month.
*The landlord advised me that he can do a special and desuct $50 for the first 2 months.

Utilities: Around $50-80, depending on the season

One month security deposit is required when you move in.

Term: Minimum 3 month, and month to month after that term.

The room is a closed off living room created by tall shelves and a curtain.

The room mates are super super nice and respectful, quiet, and clean. All are working professionals and hardly home and stay in their rooms. You will have more privacy than you expect.

Super clean bathroom and kitchen. Everyone washes dishes and cleans up the kitchen and bathroom immediately after use, and shoes off outside the door (Japanese style)
