Large bedroom in Williamsburg - 3 months

Large double bedroom available in a spacious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. The room is available from January 6th until April 6th while I travel internationally for work. It comes fully furnished with a Queen bed with Casper mattress, radiators, large television, large wooden writing desk and closet space.

The apartment itself is very spacious with a large, comfortable living area with a 65" television and a very large sofa. The place is tastefully decorated with a bar, a music system and numerous plants of different sizes. You will be staying with my roommate, a 31 year old engineer from Australia who is not only a very good person to live with, but a very good cook and might (if you are lucky) share his food.

There is a separate kitchen area which is fully stocked with everything you would need including blenders, a nutri bullet, a large fridge and more than enough pots and pans, plates, and kitchenware.

Situated just off Havemeyer Street the apartment is located in a great area, with a number of bars, restaurants, cafes, bodegas and shops within seconds from the front door. The river is a short walk, as is the newly renovated Domino Park on the waterfront, and there is a Whole Foods within a 10 minute walk.

We are excellently situated within a 2 minute walk of the Marcy Ave stop on the JMZ subway line, and a 5-6 minute walk to the Metropolitan Ave stop on the L and G lines. You can be in Manhattan within ten minutes.
