Looking for roommates to take over a sublease for two bedrooms (Sep 2020 - May 2021) in a three-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment.

The room has an air-conditioner, full-size bed, cube shelves/nightstand, 6-drawer dresser, long closet rod+shelf area, window curtains (+ optional blackout shade), but it can be unfurnished.
Dimensions are 9.5'x7.75'. A bright sunny window! Built-in shelf + closet rod.

Utilities: for gas, electricity, and wifi usually run $40-$100 per person per month. First floor.
Location is convenient as it is close to lots of delicious restaurants and chill bars. It is around 10-minutes walk to the MJZ(Marcy) or the L train (Bedford).

The lease is up until May 31st, 2021, and can be renewed. It is required the first month's rent and a one-month security deposit.
