Apartment Description -

Short 5 block walk to broadway G, Lorimer L and Hewes J/M train.
Room Info:
10x9 ft, 2ft deep 6 feet long closet. It can fit a queen bed and a couch/desk and still have room to move around.
Unfurnished
3 bedroom apartment with big living room as well as a spacious bathroom and kitchen. 3rd-floor walkup central air, communal backyard, Laundry in the building.
The bathroom has storage for toiletries and the kitchen has plenty of cabinets for personal use.

About the current roommate-

I am a 29 year old working in sales. I studied industrial design but never really worked in that field. I am Chilean, love music, love sports love to party on the weekends and keep quiet during the week. The apartment stays pretty clean but I won't get mad if you leave a fork in the sink for example - just clean up after yourself and it's all good!

There will be someone that comes to clean the general areas twice a month so that we don?t have to fight over who cleans what/when. It?s not an excuse to be a slob. Always be respectful.

Roommate Requirements -

Must be employed and be able to pay rent on time. Working Professional environment.
No Smoking Cigarettes
No Pets unless it?s very friendly and quiet.
Just be kind, courteous and communicative.
Moving Info -
First and last months rent due on move-in date. Half or whole amount security deposit to hold the room - $1200(The equivalent of one months rent)
Utilities are usually $100 per person - Internet, Gas and Electric
