Sublet 1 br williamsburg

There is a medium sized bedroom available for rent starting in February up until the end of July and possible further if lease is extended by another 12 months. The apartment in in Graham avenue in East Williamsburg. It has many restaurants/coffee shops in the area and it is a 2 minute walk to the L station (Graham) . We are two brothers 23, 29 that both work in Finance. We are quite friendly and outgoing and enjoy a good time. Our work hours are long and we are both currently studying for the CFA therefore we are not home most of the time which would give privacy to the future roommate.

We enjoy a cozy and clean environment therefore we are looking for someone to share similar traits. Even though we are up for a good time and exploring the endless opportunities in the area or NYC, we keep the fun away from the apartment.
