Building has a modern art gallery/loft feel coming its earlier days as a former water factory.

Loft-like living set up with 14 ceilings, large windows that provide natural light into the unit. This unit is a two bedroom with a second floor loft area (perfect for visiting family/friends or storage), which helps to set up large walk in close.

Kitchen appliances are also fairly new with a double door fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and microwave.

Laundry in the building on the ground floor, which also has our gym that's included with rent. It's decently stocked with weights, machines, and a Peloton bike, if you're into that.

There is a virtual doorman entry through an app along with a key fob to get into the building. Also, there is a big electronic pick up locker for packages in the lobby based on the apartment pin.

The roof has probably one of the best apartment views in Williamsburg. It's outfitted with chairs, tables, electric grills, and corn hole.

If you have a car, or are thinking about having one in the neighborhood, it's pretty easy to park on the street.
