I just moved to Florida so my past roommate and I are looking for someone (male or female) to take over my current lease through Aug 31 and hopefully sign a new 1 year lease beginning in September!

Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) in 2 bed 1 bath

Neighborhood
- Heart of Williamsburg (1 block from Bedford Ave!) on Berry and N 5th St
- 1 min walk to L Train, 10 min walk to JMZ and G Train
- 2 blocks from East River, Smorgasburg, and 10 min walk to Domino Park
- Countless bars and restaurants in the area
- Whole Foods, Equinox, Apple Store, Lulu, Muji + many more retail stores

- Spacious bedrooms
- Tons of natural light
- Extremely high ceilings
- Laundry in the connected building

About roommate (last picture)
- 25 year old young professional in real estate
- Clean, social, physically active and keeps a normal sleeping routine
- Has a 2 year old rescue pup named Maddy!

Must have good credit or a guarantor. Rent is $1,450/mo + utilities with a $1,450 security deposit, BUT I?m willing to lower your monthly rent to $1,000 by sending you $450 each month through the end of the current lease (August)!
