Renting out my bedroom in prime Williamsburg! [furnished optional]
Looking for a someone who is outgoing, nice, clean, and dog friendly because we do have an adorable dog staying with us for a little bit and my roommate does work with dogs to take over my room.
Amazing location on south 6th street near all the bars and resturants. Only a couple blocks from domino park and less than a 10 minute walk to the j, and less than 15 to the L
My current roommate is a 22 year old female, super outgoing and eccentric, she's a dog walker and super funny and amazing.
The rent is 1500 including WiFi so you would just be responsible for electric and gas which is roughly 50-70$ a month.
Move in date is ideally June 1st, can be earlier or later depending on when the mandate is lifted in NYC [currently set to be lifted May 15th but we want to make sure everyone?s safe]
The lease ends in January 2021, so looking for something around 6-7 months but open to shorter/resigning
