Roommate Needed in Cute Williamsburg Apt

We are looking for a roommate to re-sign our lease with us! We are two female professionals that work regular hours in Manhattan. After work we like to workout, cook, go to restaurants and go to happy hours. We keep the apartment clean all of the time and we are super easy going. We are looking for a person to fill the third room.

The room itself is a small-medium size bedroom that can easily fit a full size bed with room for other furniture. The apartment is newly renovated, with new appliances. There is rooftop access to where you have a view of the entire Manhattan skyline.

The apartment is on Grand Street in Williamsburg. It is a 5 minute walk to the Graham Street L train, less than a 10 minute walk to the G train at Lorimer, and a 10-15 minute walk to the JMZ train. Great location, great neighborhood, great bars and amazing restaurants all throughout the block/neighborhood.
