Close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and anything else you could want in Williamsburg. Next door to a Laundromat. Just a short walk to McCarren Park for relaxing once self isolation is over!

So many transportation options: the B48 bus stop is right outside the front door, 5 blocks to the Lorimer L/G stop, and 6 blocks to the Hewes J, M, Z stop!!

Open to male or female roommates, pets ok, (no smoking inside apartment). Must have proof of income, good credit, first month rent, and one month security. Due to COVID-19, I understand it may be hard to get people in to see the place in person.
