I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (date is flexible, ideally ASAP) my current lease ends on August 31st but you can extend it for 1 year or more. you will need a security deposit, first month, and credit check. BENEFIT: Independent lease!

duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. 1 bedroom is on the lower level with a private entrance and half bath, and 3 bedrooms on the upper level, kitchen and living room.
ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
you will be sharing with 2 girls (upstairs) and 1 guy with a dog (downstairs). the dog is quiet and will stay on the lower level.
Due to the situation, the two girls are in their hometowns, so you will be sharing just with 1 person for the moment.

great location on Williamsburg, across grand st station (L). building amenities include gym/ laundry and 2 rooftops with manhattan views!
