Apartment Description -

Located at Union and Ten Eyck St - Williamsburg Brooklyn

Short 5 block walk to broadway G, Lorimer L, and Hewes J/M train.

Room Info - 20x9 ft, 2ft deep 6 feet long closet. It can fit a king bed, a desk, and a couch and still have so much room for activities. This is the perfect room to work from home.

3 bedroom apartment with a big living room as well as a spacious bathroom and kitchen. 3rd-floor walkup central air, communal backyard, Laundry in the building.

The bathroom has storage for toiletries and the kitchen has plenty of cabinets for personal use.

About the current roommates-

I am a 29-year-old who works in sales. I studied industrial design but never really worked in that field. I am Chilean, love music, love sports love to party on the weekends, and keep quiet during the week. The apartment stays pretty clean but I won't get mad if you leave a fork in the sink for example - just clean up after yourself and it's all good!

The other roommate is 24, works in accounting, and keeps quiet and to himself.

There will be someone that comes to clean the general areas twice a month so that we don?t have to fight over who cleans what/when. It?s not an excuse to be a slob. Always be respectful. (During Corona I'm still debating whether to have them come or not. If not then it's $50 less per month)

Roommate Requirements -

Must be employed and be able to pay rent on time.
No Smoking Cigarettes in the apartment.
No Pets unless it?s very friendly, clean, and quiet.
Just be kind, courteous, and communicative.

Moving Info -
First month's rent due on the move-in date. Half or whole amount security deposit to hold the room - $1,300 (The equivalent of one month's rent)
Utilities are less than $100 per person - Internet, Gas, and Electric
