We are both fully vaccinated and expect the same from you.
You will love our neighborhood which features many lovely restaurants, great shopping, and all this near the Bedford Avenue L-train subway station.
So be gentle, be kind, be respectful, and clean. Then all will be fine, and we'll have many stories to share, a good glass of wine, and a hearty laugh now and then.
As far as smoking is concerned, don't worry, I do smoke in the evenings myself, as we have a very good exhaust system.
