Creative Apt in Central Williamsburg Brooklyn!

Great little apartment in a central location of Williamsburg, only a few blocks from Domino Park. The room is available now but can accommodate a Sept. move date as well! The communal area is the kitchen & the main room is a sewing studio I work in. Your room is unfurnished. For maximum space, I recommend a full size bed so you can fit a small desk & a garment rack. The space can also accommodate a queen size bed, a king might be pushing it. This building is pre-war so there is no storage, except in your room. There is a pop color wall of a tropical orange right now but you are absolutely welcome to switch it up! It?s a good space w/ high ceilings. I?d like to room with someone who understands & is kind to animals, someone who is organized, clean, respectable & pays bills on time. The rent does not include the WiFi & electric utilities which will be split as the bills come in.
