Hi all! I have an open room available in an amazing Williamsburg apartment (my current roommate is not resigning as he went back home for COVID). It's very bright and sunny, and there is a huge courtyard in the middle.
Me: 29, working professional in sales as design. I've always gotten along with (and typically been friends with) my roommates. I'm a very easy going, laid back, clean, and normal person. I love to run, be outside, hiking, camping, etc. My instagram is @justjush if you want to look me up.
I also have a really cute dog named Juneau. He's loving, doesn't bark (literally ever), and gets along with all humans and dogs. He truly is an amazing pup.
The apartment:
- 2br / 1b
- Living room will be furnished with a couch, coffee table and a few other things. Your room will come unfurnished.
- HUGE fenced-in courtyard, which has been amazing during COVID.
- Two sizable bedrooms that are virtually the same. I'm not super picky so we can figure out who takes which room.
- A large balcony
- Price: Your half will be $1,500
- You'd be signing a 1 yr lease
- Move in Oct 1st
