Furnished WIlliamsburg Studio, utilities included

I'm looking to sublet my apartment in north Williamsburg. It is located between Bedford & Driggs, just below McCarren Park. I'm not trying to make a profit here, just need to step away for a little while. This is a minimum 3-month sublet, the end date is flexible. In the case of a lease takeover, the current lease is through June. Start date is fairly flexible, let's talk.

I'm offering the sublet fully furnished with utilities included. I prefer to keep things simple that way. Lease takeover is an option if desired. In that case, we would ideally remove the furniture, but we can talk about it.

The space is clean, simple, tastefully furnished. AC is built-in, plenty of light throughout the day, washer and dryer are located IN UNIT. The bed is extremely comfortable, seriously. The bathroom is pretty spacious, clean, and modern. I'll try to update the pics here with the W/D and bathroom soon.

This is a work-from-home dream. The building has a furnished rooftop. There's also a gym if you want, but it would cost a bit extra. It's less than 2 minutes to the McCarren park farmers market. Plenty of fantastic bars, coffee shops, groceries, pet stores, parks, etc. beginning half a block away. If you need parking, the building has a garage and we can look into the cost.

I would require first and last month upfront, as well as proof of income. Seeking clean, responsible, employed person or couple. Significant priority will be given to anyone able to put more down upfront.
