Okay, so I’m having a hard time paying for rent due to Rona, and would like to sub lease it if possible. It’s a 5th floor walk up, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath in prime Williamsburg! The room isn’t that big but will get the job done. You have roof top access with a skyline view of Manhattan. Around the area is a Whole Foods, towns of bars and restaurants. Most importantly the L train is literally outside the door of the building. The lease ends in June as well. So it’s coming up quick.
