We are two young professional friendly females who are relaxed, easy to live with, engaged and respectful, clean. We enjoy low-key evenings, chatting about our days, and what shows we are watching. Samantha, 32, works full time in fashion and Maya (share a bathroom) 32, works full time in non-profit consulting. This is a lease takeover and you will have the option to resign the lease for Aug 1, 2021.

COVID note:
During COVID, we currently work full-time at home in our respective rooms. We are also cognizant of what we bring into the apt and share transparency on our whereabouts if we travel for example and come into contact with more than a few people. This is extremely important for the wellbeing and health of our "apartment pod.? We're conscious about testing in case of travel (before or after depending on plans) or if seeing family as precautionary measures
