I have lived in the apartment for 5 years and absolutely love it. I'm a film producer in my 30s. My roommate downstairs is a VFX artist in their 20s. One of the upstairs roommates is an account manager/musician in his 20s, and the other is a lawyer in her 30s.
The available room is upstairs. It is massive and very sunny. It comfortably fits a bed, desk, dresser, couch, table, TV and more.
We have some furnishings, so the room could come furnished or unfurnished.
