Unfurnished room available in our 2-bed/2-bath duplex! Very spacious, can easily fit a king-sized bed, has a private bathroom and separate entrance. Basically a studio apartment, just with a shared kitchen and outdoor patio!

Your roommates would be me and my husband, Keith, both laid-back professionals in our early 30’s. We’ve been in Brooklyn over a decade and in this spot for a year, and we love both very much.

We’re one block from the Hewes St M stop, 5 min walk to Marcy JMZ/Blink Fitness, the Broadway G, and 10 min to the Lorimer L. Centralized Williamsburg location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, bodegas, laundromat, and much more.

Utilities (including WiFi) included.

Located on a quiet block with plenty of street parking available (I drive and I'm almost always able to find a spot right in front of the building).
