- roommate: 1 awesome female in her early 20's, works from home due to covid + shares the living area. LGBTQ and 420 friendly.
- apt: 2 bed 1 bath apartment with high ceilings, great natural lighting (large windows in every room) and furnished common areas.
-room: about 9x10, large window (window guards + window ac unit + blinds), closet, and carpet included.
- monthly rent: $1,200/person + utilities (usually no more than $100 a month which is why I said 1300 with everything included)
- lease: ending July 31th
- deposit: $80 for credit check
- requirements: keeps the common areas clean, respectful + responsible, and pays rent on time.
