Apt on Driggs and S 3rd, ground floor, very large back patio. 12’x8’ bedrooms and 14’x13’ living room. Rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Renovated bathroom and kitchen. No cats please!
Quick walk to both the JMZ and L, lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket 3 blocks away.
The rent is $1615 each but I will be subsidizing my room to $1000. No security deposit required!
Living room, dining area, and outdoor space is already furnished (couch, kitchen island, dining table, hammock, outdoor benches and table). I can also leave my bed frame, dresser, and AC for free!
You’ll be living with my friend Michelle, an incredibly nice and respectful roommate in her mid 20s :)
