Two large private rooms available in South Williamsburg. Both rooms can fit a queen-size bed plus furniture. Both current roommates are leaving, so this is basically a blank slate. The apartment is in a new building situated between the JMZ stops at Hewes and Marcy avenues, and is only a short walk from the G stop at Metropolitan and the L stop at Lorimer. Building amenities include rooftop access and a large, furnished backyard. Tons of restaurants, parks, and shops within walking distance!

Laundry is located in the building and the only utilities not included are electric and wifi, which usually run about $50/mo per person (together, not separately). Pets are OK.

Available April 1 to July 1 with the option to renew at the end!
