SplitSpot offers flexible 4 month minimum leases - allowing you to rent a private room in a shared apartment, while we vet your roommates for you. You can sign up for a virtual tour, and see it in person when you meet your roommates before signing a lease.



We personally screen and vet all roommates, and also make introductory meetings before being placed, so you always know who you’re living with. We're happy to take joint applications!
