1 bd + private bathroom!

Hello!! I’m looking for an additional roommate to fill our 3bd/2ba loft apartment in Williamsburg. We are a 5min walk from Greenpoint & 5 min walk from the Graham avenue L train. Our unit has 2 balconies and overlooks the beautiful Manhattan skyline.

Our main priority is looking for someone who is as clean as we are!! Ideally, we would be on a deep clean schedule of the common spaces about once a week or so. We also love fostering a home— a safe space for us to escape the big city and unwind, unbothered. This means complete respect for the space & each other. We love creating a little village fam in the space & would like someone who is open to becoming friends over time, but also doesn’t feel pressured to hang in the common space if their heart isn’t in it that day. We’re definitely fun-loving gals & love to socialize, but ultimately, we don’t bring the party home and wouldn’t expect you to either.
